 “I completed my Bachelors of Commerce and MBA in Finance from Bangalore University during year 2000 and while working I completed my ICMA Inter during the year 2006 from Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India. Started my professional career in the year 1999. I had overall 19 years of corporate experience and I worked in the field of Corporate Finance, Costing, Management Reporting and Supply Chain Management in Indian and Multinational companies.Before setting up Desiri, my last assignment was heading the Supply Chain Department for Electronics Manufacturing Company Centum Electronics in Bangalore. I worked in Rangsons Electronics, Tejas Networks, Elcoteq Electronics Europe. I love to read and having passion towards  agriculture and managing businesses. Desiri gave me a platform to work on my dream of Agriculture and business”
 

 I am an Engineering Graduate by education and did MBA in supply chain Management. In total I am having 14 years of experience in the field of supply chain management covering various functions such as planning, procurement, sourcing, costing, logistics, order handling & billing”.“One of my friend was growing Pomegranate and I got inspired by him and I also wanted to involve in the Agriculture and wanted to become Farmer. In the year 2015 I purchased land near K R Nagar and started farming activity in my 2 acres land  without any experience in agriculture. Initial few months I used chemicals and whenever I was using chemicals felt guilty and parallelly I looked for solutions where I can grow Veggies and fruits without using chemicals. One of my friend appraised me about Natural farming method by Shri Subash palekar, and then started following Natural farming from 2016. I myself went into agriculture, With a passion whenever I was introducing with someone declaring me as an engineer for 5 days and farmer for 2 days during week end” “My mind was always looking to start something on my own and several attempts failed. In July 2017 I expressed my intention with two of my colleagues cum friends and finally decided to start something on our own. I worked for prestigious companies like BHEL Limited, ABB Limited, RTTS & Centum Electronics Limited before setting up 

  “I am an Industrial Engineer by profession and expert in World class manufacturing concepts such as Lean, TPM, TQM, Business excellence. I am having more than 15 years of experience  and worked with prestigious organizations like Gokaldas, BFW, CII-IQ, Centum Electronics, UB and also worked with Japanese and French experts on implementation of WCM concepts in different industry segments. I was an Assesor for CII Exim Bank Award for Business Excellence and CII HR Excellence and was the manager for TPM implementation at UB Ltd during my last assignment before collaborating with professional colleagues for setting up Desiri”“Being a son of a farmer, I was very much passionate about farming and always wanted to go back to nature and become a farmer.
