Over and above this there are additional costs like bull maintenance, labour, packing, transport charges.

Chemicals are added to the coconut oil to avoid getting converting to solid form during low temperature. Solution for this problem is, exposing the oil to few minutes to natural sun light.

This may be due to the ability to damage the genome or to the disruption of cellular metabolic processes.
It is suggested to reuse the deep fry oil maximum one or two times. Better way is to use the small vessel while doing the deep fry.
Since the oils are extracted at room temperature, some amount of moisture content will be present in the oils. Sometimes this moisture contents create bubbles or foam when you deep fry. Just put a piece of crystal salt or tamarind which takes care of your concern. By the way this will not happen in refined oil as that is not natural and manufactured at controlled process. Please note all natural products are inconsistent in quality.
Bull driven Ghana oil is good to use for six months from the time of extraction. If you want to extend the shelf life for the same, please add a pinch of organic or naturally grown turmeric powder to extend the shelf life.
